About Our Team

Ehren Goossens is a Venture Scout at Flusso Capital, dedicated to identifying and curating transformative opportunities especially in deep tech, aerospace, and energy sectors. With over two decades of global experience bridging innovation, capital, and markets, he excels at translating complex technologies into scalable ventures.

Ehren’s career began as a foreign exchange analyst in New York and transitioning to Beijing, where he led market entry strategies for European clients and conducted pioneering market research on renewable energy at New Energy Finance. This foundation in cross-border economics and emerging markets honed his analytical precision and ability to navigate geopolitical dynamics.

From there, he pivoted to journalism at Bloomberg News, delivering in-depth coverage of energy technology, electrification, and environmental innovation—from startups to Fortune 500 giants. Featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, his reporting informed investors and policymakers, sharpening his narrative skills to spotlight breakthroughs.

Relocating to Tel Aviv, Ehren immersed himself in Israel’s vibrant startup ecosystem, directing data-driven content strategies at SimilarWeb and advising on expansion at Percepto Digital. In 2017, he founded Hyperfelix, a boutique advisory firm that secured multimillion-dollar international projects, assembling cross-cultural teams across Israel and Japan to advance public relations, business development, and venture partnerships.

Returning to the U.S., Ehren spearheaded deep-tech initiatives at Venture Lab Niterra Group, building ventures in solar, hydrogen, robotics, energy and environment and aerospace under a $100M fund, working with global teams in Silicon Valley, Tokyo, and Berlin. Most recently, as Account Supervisor at Method Communications, he orchestrated AI-enhanced PR campaigns that amplified visibility for innovators in mobility and electrification. Today, as Founder of Nephelis Industries, he leads a multi-phase Venus exploration mission, targeting a 2027 SpaceX rideshare balloon probe to analyze Venusian clouds for future ventures on the planet.

At Flusso Capital, Ehren draws on his MBA from Tel Aviv University, Mandarin proficiency from Tsinghua, and global network to source deal flow that accelerates mission-driven founders. Committed to techno optimism and human-AI symbiosis, he bridges ecosystems to propel ventures that redefine possibilities for a resilient, multi-planetary future.
