His career spans private placements, PIPEs, and M&A advisory across public and private markets. Co-founder of MBA Asset Strategies, a boutique alternative investment and multi-manager platform. Previously Managing Director at Bradley Woods & Co., and senior roles at WestPark Capital and Mason Financial Partners. $1B+ personally raised across his career.
At Flusso, Alan leads deal distribution and is the senior closer on every engagement. He brings the deep US institutional investor network that sits behind Flusso's targeting, and owns the transaction from first exposure through wired capital. When a deal needs to move, Alan is the one moving it.
