Steve owns Flusso's venture relationships. He works directly on cases before they enter the market and stays plugged into the investor side of the ecosystem, bringing active ventures and active investors to every Flusso mandate.

He runs Tiny Bison Ventures and has spent two decades in the startup trenches as Head of Product at AccuWeather and in senior product roles across consumer, enterprise, and GovTech platforms. His work has contributed to companies reaching 30M+ monthly active users and to six acquisitions exceeding $100M in aggregate value.

At Flusso, Steve is the bridge between the founder ecosystem and the firm's mandate pipeline. He brings ventures in, helps shape them before they go to market, and keeps Flusso connected to the investor relationships that move at the venture stage of capital.
