It begins with a company you believe in. You confirm the key details of the founder's raise: how much they are raising, on what timeline, and what the round needs to fund. Once the details are clear, you introduce the founder to Flusso, and our team takes the first call with them.
From there, we carry out our own due diligence on the company, its data, and its terms. If the company checks out and signs with us, we begin preparation: building the case to institutional standard, then taking it to investors and running the process through to close.

You are rewarded when a company you introduce signs with Flusso as a client and the first retainer payment is received. The reward is tiered to the stage of the company, so the stronger the company you bring, the more it is worth to you. It is a fixed amount for the introduction and is not tied to, or calculated from, any financing.
Compensation is performance-based and competitive at every level of Origination Partners, and it grows with your record. For Venture Partners whose results stand out, the relationship can grow into a full-time position with Flusso.
